The Royal Opera House in London’s Covent Garden is one of the most prestigious opera houses in the world. It is home to The Royal Opera, The Royal Ballet, The Royal Opera Chorus, The Orchestra of the Royal Opera House and ROH2.

Recently, the Royal Opera House made the acquisition of Opus Arte, one of the world’s leading providers of high-quality classical music content and at the start of the 2011 new season Opus Arte’s cinema broadcasts across the world will consist exclusively of Royal Opera House content. This content will be either live or pre-recorded, and will subsequently be made available on DVD.
