The Royal Albert Hall is one of the most famous venues in the world, regularly presenting some of the best known performers in a range of genres on its stage. From classical music concerts to rock and pop, from opera and ballet to circus, from community events to tennis, the Hall’s programme is incredibly diverse.
As part of its drive to make this space accessible for everyone it created the Learning & Participation department in 2003. Since then the team have worked with over 150,000 participants including children, students, teachers, schools, Local Education Authorities, voluntary organisations and Home Educators to create an engaging and inspiring range of projects, tours, performances and exhibitions.
Albion Media worked with the Royal Albert Hall to review the communications strategy of the Learning and Participation department, thereby leading to a better understanding of the considerable public benefit delivered by the Learning and Participation work.
