Passionately interested in new commissions she has premiered works by Fyfe Dangerfield, Thomas Larcher, Dobrinka Tabakova, Shiva Feshareki and Peter Maxwell Davies.

Her recent recording of music by Kodály for Hyperion has been released to superlative reviews and has gained a new audience for this great music.
